National League for Nursing

The National League for Nursing (NLN) is an American organization that pursues the improvement of nursing education and service. Although its existence as NLN dates as of the year 1952, it was formed by agreement of three nursing organizations and four committees that dates back to 1893. The NLN objectives are many but pertinent to nursing education it seeks the improvement of nursing programs through consultation, continuing education, testing, accreditation, evaluation and other activities. The official publication of the National League for Nursing is NURSING AND HEALTH CARE and its headquarters are located at Hudson Street, New York.

Many are the benefits obtained by the nursing graduates from the NLN accreditation.
