Discussion of Mathematical Foundations Frequently Encountered In Computer Science and Engineering, With An Emphasis In Problem Solving,algorithms and Computing Models. Topics Include Relationships Betweendata and Sets, Proof Techniques, Operators and Function, Basic Logic and Circuits, Graph Theory and Organization of Computational Processeselements of Discrete Probability and Random Events as They Appear In Computing. Examples From Across The Computing Discipline Are used to Illustrate The Underlying Mathematical Foundations.
