 Developed new courses in Applied Electromagnetics at UPR.
 Developed Microwave Engineering Laboratory for undergraduate students.
 Got HP-EEsof software donations for PSU and UPR for over $600,000 each.
 Participated in program to improve educational skills in classroom at UPR.

Training and Skills:

 Operation and programming of HP-8510B Network Analyzer up to 110 GHz.
 Knowledge in HP-MDS and HP-EEsof high frequency simulators.
 Knowledge in electromagnetic simulation using FDTD.
 Knowledge in MATLAB, FORTRAN, Unix, HP-Basic, NEC, ELNEC.
