- Course Description: Semiconductor Device characteristics; diodes, field effect and bipolar junction transistors. Amplifier models. Basic analog circuit analysis, Analysis and design considerations of transistor amplifiers. Introduction to integrated circuits.
- The course is expected to be presential. This modality allows for up to 25% of the lectures to take place on-line. However, the university administration can decide to change the modality of the course.
- Presentations and other material will be available on UPR's Moodle platform.
