ICOM 4215: Computer Architecture and Organization

Spring 2012, Nayda Santiago

 

The student will understand chapters 1, 2 and 4 (up to section 4.4). Section 4.5 and on will be covered in the final exam. Chapter 3 was covered by a homework where student identified and worked on modern processor architectures.

The second exam is mostly design. Emphasis will be given to designing subcomponents of the processor.

Exam on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 1:30pm to 2:20pm (50 minutes).
