Gprovidence, is a group of professors formed in 2008 with the goal to improve general education at UPRM. Its main objectives include improving critical thinking skills and promoting interdisciplinary work among students and faculty from all disciplines at UPRM.
Our current efforts include the creation of an interdisciplinary sequence in Humanities which will focus on the relationships between long standing questions and issues in the Humanities and developments in the Sciences, in Engineering and in Technology in general.
