OVERVIEW:

Building Energy and Synergy: The Individual and Interpersonal Attitudes and
Actions of Outstanding Teamwork


OBJECTIVES:

At the conclusion of this learning opportunity, participants will be able to:

• List and explain the five attributes of leaders who stimulate outstanding
  teamwork.
• Identify and discuss the mental models (or paradigms) and the actions
  that set apart great team players.
• Use cognitive and behavioral tools to begin embracing and enacting the
  traits of great team leaders and players.
• Describe the four stages of team development that result in alignment and
  focused action.
• Name and use the steps of effective and efficient team decision making in
  working through a hypothetical team decision.
• Explain how issue management and focused accountability can streamline
  and enhance team meetings.
• Illustrate the nature of highly effective team communication and the
  mindset and attitudes that support it.
