Assessment

     In order to have comprehensive and valid results the assessment tools will have the following elements:

Self assessment

External assessment

Multiple criteria

Holistic

Quantitative and qualitative components

     The primary focus of evaluation was questionnaires and focus groups.

Pre-test: A survey was developed to assess the participants evaluation of the Congentrix case discussion.

Workshops: After each of the workshops a questionnaire answered by the participants evaluated their understanding of the theory and issues of each workshop.
