Project: MooFinder |
||
Description:The MooFinder system is designed to improve security in farms by providing an integrated device to track the location of stolen cattle. By creating an electronic tracker that can function as a bolus inside a cow’s rumen, the user can rest assure that thieves will not discover the device in plain sight, therefore minimizing the possibilities of removing the device. In addition, the device is self-powered using energy harvesting techniques making this device durable for an adequate time span. Aside from the ruminal bolus, MooFinder system integrates a web and mobile application that will allow the user to locate and map the cow's location given the animal's unique ID. As an added feature, MooFinder device will contain a close-range unique identification that enables any user with an RFID reader, of the same frequency, to identify the tagged animal. |

It will suggest, also, products of the same category. This system will keep track of all the products inside the cart, thus, providing the total price of all the selected items and allowing the user to just pay at the checkout terminal. |
